• After Work Has Started: Once work has been initiated on a tech pack—including research, sketches, measurements, specifications, or any development process—payments are non-refundable.
• Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all project details, requirements, and readiness are confirmed before approving the start of work.
